Bait, Fetch, Blast
Pendola Pass. Accepting gives you a Showstopper, Barricade Kit, Medium Shield and Looting Mk. 3 - bring and use all of them. The three kill objectives are alternatives: finishing any one is enough, then deliver the Fragmenter (tick the quest box when done).

Objectives
- Destroy a Bully — Bullies roam the north side of the map around the Cielo Sereno Observatory. They are loud, so listen for one. Expect other raiders on it, and sometimes two Bullies at once. You must land the killing blow yourself.
- Destroy the head of a Bully — Usually the easiest option: focus fire on the head. Stun it with the Showstopper first. A Hullcracker or other high-tier weapon helps; otherwise bring plenty of explosives. Once the head is gone it runs around burning.
- Destroy 4 Bully legs — Alternative: shoot off 4 legs. Use the Barricade Kit for cover, or find a raised spot where it can't reach you.
- Deliver a Bully Fragmenter to Apollo — Loot the head for the Bully Fragmenter (it can drop two). Let the body finish burning before looting the rest. Extract and give it to Apollo.

Tips
- Doable with weak gear, but expect a few attempts.
- Go in early before other raiders take the kill.
